Our partner works exclusively with the Hochfelden agricultural cooperative (30 minutes from the factory) where all Alsatian seeds (brown and yellow) produced by their 34 farmers (to date) are stored.

The company has existed since 1873, with over 150 years of expertise, a short supply chain, local and Alsatian origin, and a rigorous selection of suppliers, farmers, and their raw materials.

Zesty and authentic, it will be wonderful for cooking mustard sauces or basting your meats to be baked in the oven.
