Morel quality preferred for sauces

Our mushrooms were dried before being packaged. This simple, natural process, used since time immemorial to preserve products, allows all the taste qualities and aromas of the mushrooms to be preserved. Once rehydrated, they will have all the characteristics of a fresh mushroom and can be cooked in the same way.

To rehydrate them, soak them in lukewarm water for 15 minutes, then drain them and immerse them in boiling water for 10 minutes

100% Morels (Morchella esculenta) : 60% caps and 40% stems

Once rehydrated, they will have all the characteristics of a fresh mushroom and can be cooked in the same way.
These mushrooms, with their nutty and slightly smoky aromas, will delightfully accompany your poultry, veal, risottos, or fresh pasta.

Instructions:
1/ Soak the dried mushrooms in a bowl of warm water for at least 15 minutes.
2/ Drain them, then immerse them in boiling water for 1 minute.
3/ Drain the mushrooms again before preparing them according to your chosen recipe!
