These Are Mainly Used Morels Stuffed. Our Mushrooms Were Dried Before Being Packaged. This Process, Simple, Natural, Always Used To Keep The Product Preserves All The Taste And Aroma Of Mushrooms. Once Rehydrated, They Will Have All The Characteristics Of A Fresh Mushroom And Can Be Cooked The Same Way. To Rehydrate, Soak Them In Warm Water For 15 Minutes, Then Drain And Plunge The 10 Minutes In Boiling Water

100% Morels (Morchella esculenta)

Our mushrooms were dried before being packaged. This simple, natural process, traditionally used to preserve produce, helps maintain all the mushrooms' flavour and aroma. Once rehydrated, they will have all the characteristics of fresh mushrooms and can be cooked in the same way.
These mushrooms, with their nutty and slightly smoky aromas, will perfectly complement your poultry, veal, risottos, or fresh pasta.

Instructions:
1/ Soak the dried mushrooms in a bowl of warm water for at least 15 minutes.
2/ Drain them, then immerse them in boiling water for 1 minute.
3/ Drain the mushrooms again before preparing them according to your chosen recipe!
