2 USES:

No. 1 - Drinking Matcha: pour the contents of your stick into a bowl, add 7cl of hot water (around 80°C), whisk until a foam appears on the surface.

No. 2 - Cooking with Matcha: use the contents of your stick in your preparation or sprinkle over your dish at the last minute to give your food a beautiful green colour.
