Hermitage Bessards Is A Plot Selection Of Wine, In The Heart Of The Hill Of Hermitage. It Is Produced Only In Great Years. The Nose Offers Scents, Black Fruit And Violets. On The Palate, The Fruits Are Very Concentrated. Tannins Are Structured. Aging Potential Of Fifteen Years, Keep At Least 3 Years For Its Complexity Flourish. It Goes Well With Dishes Of Red Meat, Grilled Or Simmered.

L'Hermitage Bessards is a single-vineyard selectionlocated in the heart of the Hermitage hillside.

The nose offers aromas ofblack fruitand violet.

On the palate, the fruit is very concentrated. The tannins are structured. It has aging potential of about fifteen years, and should be cellared for at least 3 years for its complexity to fully develop.

It pairs well with grilled or stewed red meat dishes.

Aged for 12 to 14 months with regular rackings.
