Galets™ are chocolate candies made of almonds from the South of France wrapped in a layer of nougatine flavored with Bourbon vanilla and herbs from Provence, then a layer of dark chocolate and "Pure Brazil" Arabica coffee. The final coloring and the few irregularities of the confectionery give a brilliant finish and will remind you of the appearance of rolled stones.
