The nose is fresh, with an aromatic persistence that is relatively rare for a Champagne, no matter how great it may be. There are notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, white fruits, and subtle hints of dried fruits.

On the palate, the notes perceived on the nose are present with an equally rare length. It is an intense Champagne with a finish of honeyed (without sugar) almost beeswax notes. The balance of this "vinous" Champagne is perfect.

It is aged in cellars for a minimum of 7 years, which allows it to develop very rare evolving aromas for a Champagne. It is not just exceptional in name, but exceptional in every way.
