Médelys Tomato Ketchup is a ketchup made according to the standards of authentic original ketchup.
During the summer season, fresh French tomatoes are selected and used to make tomato paste using the "hot break" technology, which preserves all the natural pectins of the fruit, thus avoiding the addition of thickeners and naturally achieving the creaminess, shine, and beautiful color of an authentic ketchup.
