Dehydrated veal stock with thickener is made from a rigorous selection of ingredients, with dosages adapted to different types of use (cooking or sauces). Its dilution in boiling water is perfect, ensuring excellent hold in cold liaison and in a bain-marie. You can use it as a base forbrown sauces, braising, and sauté deglazing. Used in a full-bodied red wine sauce, dehydrated veal stock with thickener will also perfectly accompany roasted fish such as sea bass. For total product optimization, dilute the product in boiling or cold liquid and maintain or bring to a boil for 3 minutes of cooking.
