Kalios extra virgin olive oil is a selection by Michelin-starred chef Eric Guerin. Green in color, this Koroneiki olive oil gets its strong character and fruity taste from the Peloponnese region of Greece. The olives were entirely hand-picked in December from trees, some of which are 300 years old. The late harvest gives this oil a mature fruity taste with notes of hazelnut, a beautiful roundness on the palate, and no bitterness.
