Extra Virgin Olive Oil 03 - 50Cl

Kalios extra virgin olive oil is a selection by Michelin-starred chef Yann Taneau. Green in color, Koroneiki olive oil gets its strong character and fruity taste from Greece, in the Peloponnese region. The olives were entirely hand-picked at the end of the harvest, in January, from trees sometimes 300 years old. The late harvest gives this oil a ripe fruitytaste, with notes of hazelnut, a beautiful roundness in the mouth, and no bitterness. It is only at the very end of the season, when ripe, that Koroneiki olives are hand-picked to produce this extra virgin olive oil. After a minimum two-month resting period in vats, Kalios "douceur" stands out for its lightness and finesse on the palate. With a very low acidity level, less than 0.35%, it is classified among the grand cru olive oils. It is ideal for your cooked vegetables, homemade purees, and white fish.
