Suggestions d'utilisation

Inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean basin, this oregano-infused olive oil reveals delicately floral, fresh, and savory notes. The oregano provides beautiful aromatic depth without masking the flavors of the dish.

An ideal oil for adding a subtle Mediterranean touch to meats, vegetables, salads, or cold preparations, whether during cooking or at the table.

Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil 99%, oregano extract 1%. (120 g of oregano are required to flavor 1 L of olive oil).

This oil will be perfect for seasoning your vegetables such as a zucchini, eggplant, and bell pepper tian, green asparagus, a leg of lamb roasted with herbs, fresh goat cheese, or pan-seared red mullet.

Consider using it as well to accompany your desserts, such as vanilla, fior di latte, or strawberry sorbet.
