Green in color, Koroneiki olive oil gets its strong character and fruity taste from the Peloponnese region of Greece. The olives were entirely harvested by hand inDecemberfrom trees that are sometimes 300 years old. The mid-season harvest gives this oil an aromatic richness, a beautiful roundness in the mouth, and no bitterness. With a very low acidity level, less than 0.35%, it is classified among the great olive oil crus. It is ideal forseasoningyour fresh pasta, grilled fish, fresh cheeses, and marinades.
