Kalios extra virgin olive oil is a Selection by Christophe Aribert, a two-Michelin-starred chef at the restaurant Les Terrasses du Grand-Hôtel in Uriage near Grenoble. Green in color, Koroneiki olive oil gets its strong character and fruity taste from Greeceon the lands of the Peloponnese. The olives were entirely hand-picked from trees sometimes 300 years old, giving the oil a green fruitflavor, with vegetal, herbaceous, and peppery notes. They are then pressed in a mill to obtain a pure olive juice that you can use for cooking. Associated with a great chef, this oil promises unique qualities, ideal for your salads, steamed vegetables, and raw vegetables.
