This Virgin Hazelnut Oil Is Made From Crushed Hazelnuts And Baked For 45 Minutes. They Are Then Cold Pressed For 3:00. After Extraction, The Oil Is Decanted And Then Filtered. It Has A Sweet And Fruity Taste. It Goes Very Well With Sauces, Goat Cheese And Pastries.

The hazelnuts are crushed, then cooked for 45 minutes. Finally, they are pressed in a hydraulic press for 3 hours. After decantation, the oil is filtered using paper filters. This traditional manufacturing method gives the resulting oil a slightly toasted flavor. No additives are used during cooking or filtration.

Powerful, with a delicious praline taste, it accompanies all salads, can be used like butter in meat juices, on all starchy foods, vegetables, pasta, goat cheese and pastries.
