Médelys canola oil is used for gentle and moderate cooking, and as a dressing. It is not recommended for deep-frying. Rich in vitamin E, Omega 3, monounsaturated fats and unsaturated fats. Widely used in pastriessuch as gourmet brownies. Canola oil is also found in cakes, tarts, and pizzas.
