Phare Cap Bon harissa is a homogeneous purée of concentrated fresh red chillipulp, spicyand fresh, with added spices. Its taste and smell are spicy, characteristic of harissa. You can use it as a sauce to accompany your red meats or poultry. Harissa can also be mixed with other ingredients to enhance their flavour. More adventurous people will not hesitate to eat it on toast, on a slice of fresh bread.
