Small blue poppy seedsfrom the Papaver Sonniferum plant.Bluish-grey, its smell is quite neutral and itstaste is typical of blue poppy seeds, delicate and smoky. Ideal for adding a smoky flavor to recipes such as crispy shrimp and scallops with sesame and poppy seeds and mayonnaise, small poached pears with spices, Tonka bean frozen yogurt and poppy seed tuile, or for aperitifs with small cheese balls.
