Grown in the Moyobamba region, at an altitude of 800 meters, this Pompona vanilla benefits from an exceptional microclimate enriched by volcanic springs.

100% Pompona Vanilla Pods

Slit the pod, scrape out the seeds with a knife, and immerse both in your liquid preparation (recommended dosage: 1 pod/liter).
Heat to 70°C for 20 minutes, then let cool. If possible, infuse for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Storage advice

Store the pods in a tin box or glass jar, away from light and at room temperature (do not refrigerate or freeze).
