This gelling preparation is perfect for making fabulous desserts. You can also impress with mousses and Bavarian creams made with savory pork gelatin. Its melting texture in the mouth is very pleasant and refreshing. Ideal for making light creamsand Chiboust tarts, it is very easy to use. Incorporate the necessary amount of Dessert Jelly into your mixture, preferably in a warm mixture at 35°C, then mix with a whisk. 150 g of Dessert Jelly corresponds to 16 sheets of gelatin. Get cooking!
