Lobster concentrate 25% (lobster, lobster extract, water), potato starch, maltodextrin, vegetable oils, salt, yeast extract, vegetables: tomato concentrate, onion purée; sugar, milk fat, extra virgin olive oil, langoustine extract, flavourings (contains wheat), white wine extract, cognac, scampi extract, milk proteins, rehydrated garlic purée, emulsifiers: lecithin (contains wheat), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; pepper. May contain traces of: fish, molluscs.

Chef lobster stock paste is essentially made from a rigorous selection of concentrated lobster and aromatic garnish, which gives it a distinct, high-quality, and powerfully iodized flavour. This stock is perfect for all sauce bases and fish or shellfish creams rich in flavour, for moistening risotto or bisques, or for poaching fish and shellfish. Try your hand at making flavourful espumas and emulsions! To do this, simply dilute the product in boiling or cold liquid, maintain or bring to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes.
