Our veal stocks are made with a rigorous selection of ingredients. With a true depth of flavour, this veal product holds up excellently in hot and cold applications. All ingredients in this product are of natural origin. Simply pour the desired amount into a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. Used to create a full-bodied veal jus, Chef veal stock will provide structure and consistency after reduction. It will also serve as a base for all your brown sauces, for example, to accompany a veal fillet. You can also use it, after loosening it slightly, to prepare confit veal breast or shank.
