Concentrated veal broth 22.4% (water, veal parts), yeast extract, salt, roasted onion (onion, water), maltodextrin, beef extract, veal fat 7% (fat, antioxidant: rosemary extract), boiled beef (beef, water), modified corn starch, water, vegetable juice (carrot extract, onion extract), sugar, herbs & spices (bay leaf).

Veal stocks with a paste-like texture and ambient shelf life boast a rigorous selection of ingredients. With a truly powerful taste, this product made from veal meat, holds up excellently in hot and cold preparations. This concentrated flavor in a paste-like texture, similar to a meat glaze, allows for the flexible creation of flavorful and contemporary dishes. A stock without vegetable oil, without flavor enhancers (glutamate), without artificial flavors, without coloring, and without preservatives. This paste-like stock is very easy to use and allows both professionals and individuals to always have a qualitystock in their kitchen. Dilute the product in hot water; a 500g jar yields 16L of stock or 10 liters of sauce.
