Potato starch, veal demi-glace 20.3% (water, roasted veal bones, roasted vegetables: onion, carrot, leek, tomato paste; garlic puree, aromatic herbs), flavourings (with wheat, celery), sunflower oil, stabiliser: sorbitols; yeast extract, salt, onion puree, veal extract 2%, rehydrated garlic puree, emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids; tomato concentrate.

Our veal stocks with a paste-like consistency are made from a rigorous selection of ingredients, with dosages adapted to different types of use (cooking or sauces). Their dilution in boiling water is perfect, ensuring excellent cold binding and bain-marie stability. You can use them as a base for brown sauces, full-bodied gravies, braises, and adding liquid to stir-fries. They can also be used like a glace, to enrich a sauce at any stage of preparation. For optimal product use, dilute the product in boiling or cold liquid and maintain or bring to a boil for 5 minutes of cooking.
