Description: Shiso flakes are reminiscent of furikake, traditionally sprinkled over rice. These flakes are made from organically grown red shiso leaves in Wakayama. For a 45g bottle, 237 shiso leaves are mixed with salt and organic ume plum vinegar. The shiso leaves are then dried to enhance their color and intense aroma.
