This product is made from fresh foie gras lobes from free-range ducks, deveined before being seasoned with salt, pepper, and the M-30 spice blend. The foie gras is cooked sous-vide to preserve all its natural aromas. The M-Paradis blend, created by and for Maison Médelys, offers peppery, slightly floral notes and a hint of licorice.
