Fenugreek - 250G

Fenugreek has quite a strong smell; if you like its taste, you can sprinkle a light teaspoon in your vegetable dishes, poultry, and stews.

Fenugreek is a fundamental spice in Indian cuisine, used among other things in the preparation of Madras curry, tandoori, and masala.

It is also found in Mediterranean cuisine, particularly in ras el hanout.

Fenugreek can also flavor soups, lentils, meats in sauce, and many Indian dishes.

For culinary use of fenugreek seeds, it is best to grind them into a powder (by putting them in a blender), decoct them (by soaking the seeds in water for about 8 hours), or infuse them (by boiling the seeds for 15 minutes).
