Yuzu (40%), sugar (30%), reduced starch syrup (25%), acidifier: E300 (5%)

These candied yuzu peels have the typical texture, flavor and taste of quality fruit. Yuzu is a yellow Japanese citrus fruitweighing around one hundred grams. The sugar in these peels enhances the subtle fragrance of the yuzu and largely removes the bitterness of the zest.
The peels can be used in both savory dishes and in cakesand ice cream. It can also be eaten as a confectionery.
