Raspberry juice 67%, wine vinegar, concentrated grape juice, glucose syrup, modified corn starch, maltodextrins, dextrose, thickening agent: xanthan gum, flavouring, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide.

Balsamic raspberry juice cream has a creamy consistency. The vinegar wine is first brought to a boilwith raspberry juice and grape juice. The mixture is then aged in barrels for several months. This process enhances the raspberry flavor. Ideal for seasoning dishes, to add at the end of cooking or as a garnish.
