Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 38% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel color E150d), cooked grape must, wine vinegar aged in oak barrels, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, modified corn starch, dehydrated truffle (obtained from fresh truffles “Tuber Borchii Vitt. or Tuber albidium Pico”, blended, dehydrated and granulated), sulfites (E224).
