This Vinegar Fruit Pulp Has A Passion, Liquid Slightly Thick Texture. Its Taste Is Fresh And Tangy. It Replaces Well The Use Of Lemon, Cooking, Including Fish Or St. Jacques Shells. Its Fruity Taste Is Also Used For Dressing Recipes, Mixing With Vegetable Oil.

Spirit vinegar 8° 42.5%, passion fruit puree 40% (passion fruit 36%, sugar 4%), crystal sugar,
thickener: apple pectin
