This old-fashioned smoked salmon fillet is the thickest and leanest part of the salmon. It is of high quality: long rearing (23 months
minimum), 50% marine feed, GMO and antibiotic-free.

It was cold-smoked vertically for about twenty hours, using alder wood and in an environmentally friendly way.

We recommend serving it in thick slices of about 1 cm (sashimi-style) or in cubes as an appetizer.
