Médelys preserved lemons come from a diligent selection, then they are sorted, washed, and cut into quarters. They are then combined with a pinch of Herbes de Provence and a blend of berries.

After macerating in a salted water brine, this mixture retains all the characteristic flavor of the lemon.

Ingredients

Lemons from Spain or Italy, water, 5-berry mix 0.5% (white pepper, black pepper, dehydrated green pepper, Mexican chili, pink peppercorns), herbs de Provence <0.3% (rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil), salt.
