Médelys preserved lemons are the result of a rigorous selection process, after which they are sorted, washed, and cut into quarters. They are then seasoned with a pinch of Herbes de Provence and a berry mix. After macerating in a salted water solution, this mixture retains all of the lemon's characteristic flavor.

Ingredients

Lemons from Spain or Italy, water, 5-berry mix 0.5% (white pepper, black pepper, dehydrated green pepper, Mexican chili, pink peppercorns), herbs de Provence <0.3% (rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil), salt.
