Caraïbe chocolate is made from the finest selection of cocoa beans and using traditional manufacturing methods. A dark couverture chocolate with a minimum of 66% cocoa, pure cocoa butter. With a beautiful balance, Caraïbe expresses round chocolate and toasted dried fruit notes, with a slightly woody finish.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans (58.5%), sugar (32.4%), cocoa butter (8.7%), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) (0.4%), natural vanilla extract (0.02%).

The 3kg format of Caraïbe 66% chocolate is ideal for making many preparations, whether ganaches, mousses,or creams.
