The nose is fresh and floral (jasmine, honeysuckle) evolving towards tart fruits such as pear or green apple. The finish of the nose is more focused on nuts (bitter almond, hazelnut).

The palate is intense, with a fresh attack that quickly evolves into more fruity notes of dried fruits (golden raisin, apricot) before finishing with more honeyed aromas.

A beautiful vintage for this cuvée that will accompany all exceptional seafood dishes in tartare (lobster, langoustine, etc.) with a tangy accompaniment (citrus or green apple).
