The color is a magnificent brilliant gold with very pretty bubbles.

The nose is delicate, with aromas of white fruits and vanilla.

The palate is absolutely sublime. A perfectly crafted complexity, a delicate attack on white flowers, followed by the evolving aromas of Chardonnay (vanilla, toasted bread, brioche), then a frank and clean finish. The surprise is total.

A favorite for this "high-end" champagne from Esterlin. It is a very high-quality champagne with excellent value for money that will delight all lovers of very good champagnes. It will perfectly accompany your aperitifs, or even foie gras. Thanks to its complexity, it can also be enjoyed as an alternative to a dry white wine with a seafood platter.
