The color is pale gold, with very fine bubbles.

The nose is fresh and expressive, oscillating between nuts (hazelnuts/almonds) and white flowers (lilac, jasmine).

The palate is equally fresh, with a silky, enveloping texture, thanks to the vintage effect. Without malolactic fermentation, the freshness is preserved. Slightly ripe citrus, white fruits, and white flowers are present. The finish is long.

Undosed Champagne (0g/liter), vintage 2009, an excellent, gastronomic champagne, perfect for lovers of authentic products.
