Ingredients

100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, aged 7 years.

100% Chardonnay

The color is pale gold with a beautiful brilliance and very fine bubbles.

The nose is charming, with notes of white flowers and acacia, lightly honeyed.

The palate is round and complex with beautiful aromas of white fruits, white flowers, and a finish with notes of brioche/toasted bread.

Sublime Grande Cuvée from Thiénot. A truly great champagne at a very reasonable price given the quality of the product. A champagne to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with seafood. Very good pairing with raw fish.
