The color of Amour de Deutz champagne is crystalline. The bubbles are persistent and graceful, typical of the slow aging process.

The nose reveals a bouquet of white petals and fresh fruit.

The palate is voluptuous and releases aromas of citrus, white fruits (peaches) and small yellow fruits such as mirabelle plums.
