Almonds, sugar, candied fruits (melons, orange peels, wheat glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), honey, invert sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), egg whites, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), natural orange blossom flavouring.

The calisson is a specialty from Aix-en-Provencemade from a paste of candied melon and crushed almonds. The whole is topped with royal icing and placed on a very thin layer of unleavened bread. A delicacy with a delicious almond and orange blossom flavor.
