This Italian Médelys coffee is a blend of Arabica (80%) from South America and Robusta (20%) from Africa and Asia. The Arabica provides smooth aromas, and the Robusta adds strength to this coffee. It's called an Italian Blend because before being ground, the beans are roasted using an Italian method that makes the coffee bolder. It can be used with all types of coffee makers: Italian, filter, or French press.
