As with other Arabica coffees, there are significant differences in quality from one decaffeinated Arabica coffee to another.
Regardless of the origin of the Arabica, the process used for decaffeination greatly influences the final taste of the cup of coffee.
This coffee is decaffeinated using the "water process," meaning no solvents are used to extract caffeine during the filtration of the green coffee. This very natural process guarantees an almost intact preservation and restitution of the aromas present in the coffee before decaffeination.
The final caffeine content is very low, as this process removes 99.9% of the caffeine. You can therefore enjoy this coffee with complete peace of mind; it won't keep you awake all night!
