Bulgur Big Brown - 1Kg

Widely used in Middle Eastern cuisine, brown bulgur wheat consists of wheat grains that are peeled, crushed, and pre-cooked. Made from soft wheat, the crushed granules, varying in fineness depending on the product, are predominantly 1.6 to 2.5 millimeters in size. Its characteristic flavor pairs very well with tabbouleh recipes. You'll find bulgur in vegetarian moussaka, in gratins with zucchini, or in delicious shrimp and coconut milk risotto. In many preparations, rice can easily be substituted with bulgur; they even share the same cooking method: one volume of bulgur in 2 or 3 volumes of boiling salted water.
