Crustaceans (50.7%): langoustine extract (langoustine, water), shrimp (shrimp, water, salt); fish meat, yeast extract, vegetables (tomato, onion), salt, sugar, wheat fibers, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extracts.

The product consists of 5 sachets of infusion of dehydrated shellfish broth. Each infusion sachet contains 55 g of dehydrated broth. One sachet allows for the reconstitution, by infusion, of 2 litres of shellfish broth, with an intense and pure flavour.

An ingredient of natural origin, this broth has everything to please. It contains 52% shellfish, and is free of preservatives, colourings, and added flavourings. Rich in protein, it has a low fat content.

You can enjoy it plain or enhanced with fish, pasta, or tofu, for example. The dehydrated shellfish broth is ideal for poaching fish, reducing sauces or as a cooking base for pasta or risottos. For optimal use of the product, please follow these instructions: bring 2 litres of water to a boil, remove the infusion sachet from its aluminium packaging, immerse the infusion sachet in boiling water, cover and let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes over low heat. Remember to stir occasionally during infusion and before removing the sachet. It's ready, enjoy your preparation!
