Dashi Broth - 4X10G

Dashi is a broth made from konbu and dried bonito, forming the base of Japanese cuisine. In other words, it’s a type offish broth. The most common form of dashi is a simple broth made by boiling kombu seaweed and dried bonito flakes (katsuobushi), and then keeping only the resulting liquid. Fresh dashi is rare nowadays, even in Japan. Most people use instant liquid or granular substitutes. Katsuobushi is rich in disodium inosinate, which is a source of umami. Dashi is the base for miso soup, broths for Japanese noodles, and other cooking liquids in this cuisine. For optimal product use, bring 33 centiliters of water to a boil and immerse the infuser bag when the water boils. Cover and let it infusefor 7 to 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Finally, remove the bag; your broth is ready!
