Sugar, WHEAT flour, free-range chicken EGGS and EGG whites (34%), colouring: carmines, raising agent: ammonium carbonates, natural vanilla flavouring.

A delicate blend of eggs, sugar and flour, the dough, flavored with vanilla (natural vanilla flavoring) and lightly tinted with natural carmine food coloring, is baked twice. The biscuit is sprinkled with icing sugar before baking.
