The color is an intense red, moving towards black cherry with beautiful purple reflections.

The Nose is intense, oscillating between fruity notes (cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant) and spicy notes (cinnamon, juniper, clove...).

The Palate is fresher than the nose, with a very pleasant alcohol/fruit balance. The same notes as on the nose are found, with a slightly woody finish.

A little gem from Pic Saint-Loup. It pairs well with cheese boards, red meats, and spicy dishes.
