The Purple Food Aroma, Has A Dark Red-Purple Liquid To The Characteristic Flavor Of The Flower Of Its Composition.

Ingredients

Flavoring preparations, flavoring substances, propylene glycol (84%), lactic acid (1.1%), preservative: E211 (120 mg/kg) (technological additives with no function in the finished product, do not declare).

Our violet food flavouring is a dark reddish-purple liquid with a characteristic flavour of the flower it is made from. The delicacy of its scent is appreciated not only by our delicate noses but also by our refined palates. We highly recommend it for refining your pastries. Used as a fragrant emulsion, mixed with certain fruits, or in a cream, it guarantees pure delight! Let yourself be tempted by the recipe for succulent violet "religieuses" (choux pastry and custard) or delicious violet macarons. Surprise yourself!
