Peppermint food flavouring is a free-flowing, yellow liquid with an intense and characteristic taste. The vegetable oil (sunflower) has a high aromatic content, with a very low recommended dosage of between 0.1 and 1%. It has multiple uses; you can add peppermint flavouring to your cold drinks (milk and water), hot drinks (teas, herbal teas and infusions) or cocktails. You can flavour honey, sauces, jams and marmalades, your pastries, desserts and entremets. This flavouring will enhance your various soup recipes, savoury dishes, dairy products or flavour an oil or vinegar.
