Roasted blanched almonds. This is our original product. Partially blanched, they are delicious as an aperitif with a glass of Champagne, for example, or as a dessert to snack on while enjoying a coffee.

Unlike commercially available hazelnuts, which are systematically stabilized (moisture content naturally or artificially reduced to 5%) for storage and ease of use, our blanched almonds are processed fresh.

They thus retain all the organoleptic qualities of fresh hazelnuts. Depending on the varieties, climatic conditions, and sizes, the flavor notes can range from sweet to slightly bitter.
